Golf Course Superintendent Randy Cordeman started working for Mr. Robson in July 1982 after he attended the University of Kansas. Randy is knowledgeable in every aspect of golf course maintenance including golf course design. Randy learned every aspect of golf course maintenance, agronomics, landscape design, cost control, equipment maintenance, chemical application and personnel management. Randy has between 11 and 15 employees working under his supervision including Doug Failing who recently joined the staff to replace Kent Carlson after he retired. Doug has been involved in golf course maintenance since he was a young man working alongside his father. We are very fortunate to have such a hard-working crew maintaining our beautiful golf course. Thank you to all the staff for your dedication.
