Many junior high schools currently include pickleball in their physical education programs. With the explosion in pickleball popularity and high demand from high school girls and boys playing the sport, many high schools have now begun adding pickleball to their physical education programs. USAPA ambassador Mickie Storckman who is working with Santa Cruz Valley Union High School in Eloy was introduced to Dianne Zimmerman through the Robson Ranch Pickleball Club. The high school needed many pickleball paddles for their new program. Dianne Zimmerman and David Zapatka responded by donating 10 paddles.

The presentation was made in front of the Pickleball Central vendor tent at the USAPA National Pickleball Championships in Casa Grande last month where over 1,400 contestants from all over the country participated in the annual tournament.

The Champion paddles are manufactured by Pickleball, Inc. and sold online at pickleball.com and pickleballcentral.com.
