John Sutton

In February, we enjoyed the jazz sounds of the Moore Quintet. This month we are changing gears and featuring a string band followed by a little bit of Motown.

We will start our evening sets with Connie Koza and Marilyn Konruff’s guitar and dulcimer duet. Normally, they have Wally Waluk with them, but Wally will be recovering from a surgery and the two ladies want the show to go on. They will have some great vocals and instrumental arrangements featuring Marilyn’s dulcimer. I will be joining them on bass
for the evening.

Following Connie and Marilyn we will have a more acoustic version of the band Level 9. Andre, their leader, will be bringing a smaller ensemble from Phoenix to entertain us with their Motown Sound. You will hear hits like My Girl and Shotgun played in the Motown style. If you missed them on New Year’s Eve you will certainly want to take advantage of this opportunity.

It looks like a great night so come on out to the Grill on Wednesday, March 6 and enjoy the talent we have lined up for you. See you then!
