On Tuesday, November 13 at 1:00 p.m. Dalia Blunt, Certified Nutritionist, will be offering a nutritional workshop “Maintain…Don’t Gain Workshop No. One: How to have a Healthy Thanksgiving.”
This workshop will include: healthy recipes for traditional Thanksgiving dishes. Healthy substitutions for those unhealthy ingredients and educational tips for a successful, guilt free Thanksgiving. Sign up is available at the front desk of the Sports Club. Fee is $5. You will also be able to ask Dalia questions regarding your own eating plan.
