Did you think Needleworks was just about knitting? Well think again. At our Needleworks sessions on Thursday from 9:00 until noon, come and go as you like; we explore and practice many needle skills.

Nellie Cronewett has years of experience working with needles. She crochets, knits and is currently working on a cross stitch pattern that challenges the fingers, eyes and brain. But when this piece is complete it will be a work of art worth every minute of the time she will put into it.

Cindy Jensen brings many skill sets to our group. Her range of needlework involves knitting, crocheting, cross stitch, felting and locker hooking. You can find Cindy’s work on her feet, hands, back, bed, floor and yes, on windows. You’ll have to ask her about that one.

Another form of needlework comes from Doris Dunivan. Doris works her magic with a crochet hook and fine cotton yarn developing patterns that look as though they may have been passed down from many generations.

These are just a few examples of the wide range of talent and experience in our group. Remember, we have beginners, experts and those in between. So grab your needles of choice and come join us for some needle working fun. We learn from each other.
