Members of the Ladies Social Club had “hands on” experience in creating holiday place settings at the November meeting. Josue Arellano-Alonso from the Dillard’s Home Department brought dozens of placemats, plates, napkins and rings and chargers to allow everyone to build her own place setting layer by layer, the more layers the better! His tip: keep the mats and chargers and main dish plates in neutral colors and patterns; add the pizazz and holiday colors with secondary plates, bowls, napkins, etc.
The December meeting will be filled with holiday fun and games. It will be the last meeting at which to purchase a raffle ticket for the $500 gift card for Talking Stick Resort and Casino. We will have a selection of items from the Grill menu with the cost equal to the menu price plus tax/gratuity and $1.50 for non-alcoholic beverage. You may use your Robson card to pay and get the additional discount. Look for further information regarding the meal choices in Web Admin emails.
