Showtime at the Ranch will be July 6 in the Hermosa Ballroom including popcorn, wine and a movie.

Movie: Something’s Gotta Give

Story line: Harry Sanborn is an aged music industry exec with a fondness for a younger woman like Marin, his latest trophy girlfriend. Things get a little awkward when Harry suffers a heart attack at the home of Marin’s mother, Erica. Left in the care of Erica and his doctor, a love triangle starts to take shape.

Tickets: $9 and doors open at 1:30 p.m. The movie is at 2:00 p.m.

Wine: includes a glass of house wine/beer; you must bring the event ticket to get the included wine/beer.

There is a 50 person minimum; doors open 1:30 p.m. Ticket sales ends June 29th. Payment options: cash, check or credit card

It’s 5 O’clock Somewhere with Margaret, July 14 in Hermosa III

Come join Margaret for an evening of entertainment as she teaches you some tricks of the trade along with her secret recipes. Make your own drinks with Margaret’s assistance and then drink them! The chef will prepare a light appetizer. Tickets: $20/$25 NHO. Ticket sales end July 7. Payment options: cash, check or credit card.

Bridge Club Luncheon

When: July 27

Time: 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Where: Laredo and Cheyenne rooms

Lunch will include: Make your own sandwich bar, two salads, chips, cookie and beverage bar.

Cost: $13 per person

We will be starting promptly at 10:00 a.m. Then we will break for lunch around noon and continue playing until 3:00 p.m. We will be playing six hands per round. There will be six rounds: three before lunch and three after. Special prizes will be awarded after 3:00 p.m.
